This San Carlos project holds a special place in our portfolio. A whole home remodel where every single space was designed to be fully ADA compliant, and the challenge was making sure that accessibility never came at the expense of beauty. It absolutely did not.

The kitchen is warm, bright, and completely considered. White upper cabinetry pairs with natural wood lowers, and the deep green handmade tile backsplash is the kind of color choice that makes the whole room feel alive. Marble slab countertops, rose gold fixtures, and a custom wood range hood bring warmth and a collected quality to a layout that was carefully planned around accessibility from the very beginning.

The bathrooms carry the same level of intention. Floor to ceiling vertical tile, a spacious curbless shower with grab bars integrated into the design, a built-in shower niche, warm wood vanities, and thoughtful clearances throughout make the spaces fully functional without ever reading as clinical. The secondary bath with the soaking tub, floral shower curtain, and tiled niche feels cozy and personal.

This is a project we are genuinely proud of. Designing for accessibility at this level requires extra care and a lot of problem solving, and this family deserved every bit of it.
