Karlin has renovated and designed homes for over 18 years in Southern California. To fund her remodels early on, she started her career in large scale project management for multiple Government entities, so know that you are in good hands with your project from start to finish.

When she isn't running around town checking on job sites, you can find her hanging with her family & dogs, or working on her own home renovations with a glass of wine in her hand.

Our niche

We love projects of all size, but have honed our craft for large scale projects such as custom homes, full-home remodels, full-home furniture projects and stunning kitchens & bathrooms.

Karlin and team were so amazing to work with! From start to finish on our complete home remodel, she was patient, helpful, responsive and invaluable when it came to making decisions big and small on our house.  She helped us with key space design that changed the layout of our kitchen and master bath in such important ways, held our hand through all our material selections and was so great with all our furniture and decor choices.
