This Encinitas home had incredible bones to work with. Soaring vaulted ceilings, arched windows, black steel frames, and wide plank hardwood floors throughout gave us a canvas that was already doing a lot of the heavy lifting. Our job was to bring furnishings and a design direction that matched the architecture's ambition.

The living and dining spaces are warm, editorial, and confident. Cognac leather, warm wood, black accents, and vintage-inspired rugs ground the tall volumes without fighting them. The geometric chandelier hanging in the double height dining space is the kind of statement piece that works because everything around it earns it.

The primary bathroom is where the project goes to another level entirely. Floor to ceiling marble wall tile wraps the space and creates something that feels genuinely luxurious. It is the kind of detail that a homeowner notices every single morning and never gets tired of.

This one is a great example of what happens when strong architecture meets a confident design direction. Everything just lands.
